Which personal data is collected

The personal data that will be processed includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, gender, address, email address, and phone number.

We may also process preferences for special diets or specific information from you about your health condition before the trip, relevant to fulfill the journey.

You provide the personal data yourself when ordering a trip on the website or by phone, when ordering a brochure or newsletter, or during visits to us.

Purpose of the processing of personal data

Your personal data will be processed in order for us to fulfill our commitments in booked trips and additional products, as well as to keep you informed about current trips and similar.

Processing of your personal data may also occur for us to fulfill obligations under laws, regulations, and to handle questions and complaints.

In addition to the purposes mentioned above, you consent to the use of your personal data for the purposes below and as a basis for our market and customer analyses, risk management, and statistics to provide you with a better travel offer and better service.

If you have not objected to direct marketing in writing, we may also use your personal data to provide various offers of services and/or products from us. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, for example, through a link in newsletters.

By providing information about your health condition, you consent to us processing this personal data for the purpose of providing the trip, service, or product you have ordered. Information about health condition is never used for statistics, market analysis, or marketing.

Storage of personal data

We store personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above. Normally, we retain your personal data for 2 years from the date of your last completed trip or from the date you last contacted us otherwise. When you subscribe to receive newsletters and offers from us, we keep your information indefinitely. You can easily unsubscribe and have all your data removed at any time, either through the link in newsletters or by contacting us at the address above.

In some cases, we may need to store data for a longer period when required by law (e.g., accounting laws) or in cases like complaints.

Who may process the personal data

Your personal data is processed by our staff as well as by our service providers for system services and administrative services, with whom we have agreements regarding the protection of personal data, data processing agreements.

Your personal data may also be processed within the travel industry, such as by airlines, bus companies, hotels, and local partners at the travel destination. Only necessary information is provided on each such occasion.

Processing of personal data in countries outside the EU and EEA

Depending on the location of your destination and the partners involved, your personal data may be processed outside the EU and EEA. Even if the final destination of a trip is within the EU/EEA, transport companies and hotels, for example, may be based outside the EU/EEA. Only the information necessary for the implementation of the trip and other services is provided to partners.

By providing your personal data to us, you consent to the processing of personal data outside the EU and EEA and are aware that data protection legislation may be lower than within the EU and EEA.

You have the right to, at any time, withdraw your consent to our processing of the information you have provided to us.

This means that you can also request correction or deletion of your personal information. Such a request is made in writing to us. Your information will then be corrected or deleted within one month. If you have a current trip that is not completed or completed, or have an ongoing complaint or similar, the information will be deleted within one month after this is completed.

You can also contact us to request access to the registered information we have about you, which we will provide within one month.
